The Mula Bandha can be challenging for beginners – especially while holding your breath as well!

If you have not already done so, join our free Foundations of SOMA Breath course where the techniques are broken down to be easily understandable and easy to practise.

You can also practise isolating these muscles throughout your day – you don’t have to do it with breathwork too. As your strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, it will get much easier, we promise!

Finally, if you do not want to use the Mula Bandha, you do not have to! The Mula Bandha does enhance your SOMA Breathwork practise, but it is not an essential component.
