The last few cycles of the Week 3 track do not include the instruction to inhale after the breath retention. By Week 3 of the 21-Day Journey, you should be very familiar with the process!

We removed the guidance there because it gives you an opportunity to discover your capacity and find your limits.

Ideally you should hold your breath with no air in your lungs for as long as possible, going just a bit further each time. The instruction to breathe in could be stopping you from holding your breath longer and developing your resilience.

So, we thought we’d make it more flexible and empower you to make the decision on when you inhale fully.
