How does The Science of Breath Course work?

The Science of Breath is now:

• Available from the beginning of your training

• Designed to be completed at your own pace

• Flexible - you can go through it alongside your practical modules

It was previously part of Level 1B, but is now separated to improve learning flow.

To become certified, this scientific foundation must still be completed, but it will not slow down your progress through the practical parts of the training.

Note: If you are already certified you don’t need to redo The Science of Breath course.
