I have purchased a course, but I have not received any confirmation email or login credentials yet. What can I do?
Please allow up to 10 minutes after signing up to receive your login details. If you haven’t received anything after 10 minutes, please check your spam folders.
If, after 10 minutes, you have received no messages from us, follow these steps:

- Click “Lost your password?”
- Enter the email address you used to sign up
- Click “Get New Password”
You will receive an email to change your password and you will be able to access your account.
