How do I log in to my account?When you sign up for your first course with us, you will receive an email containing your login credentials. In the same email, there will be a button you need to click to log in. Please click that button! You will be automatically logged into your account from there. The first screen that you will see after clicking that button will be the “Change Your Password” screen. Security is important, so please create a memorable and secure password for your account.

My password is not recognised and I can’t log in. What can I do?If your password is not recognised and you are unable to log in, follow these steps: Visit this web page Click “Lost your password?” Enter the email address you used to sign up Click “Get New Password” You will receive an email with your password and then you will be able to access your account. The passwords are randomly generated, so do whatever you need to do to memorise it, or write it down somewhere handy (you can also change your password once you are logged in).

Why can’t I sign up for the BIG subscription?BIG is only available to certified SOMA Instructors. If you are not enrolled in our instructor training program please click here to sign up. If you have already graduated and still can’t sign up, please go here and choose the payment option you prefer. Once you get sent to the checkout page you may see a message that says you need to be logged in to checkout. If you see this, click on the “My Account” button at the top of the page and login using the same details that you used in your members area.

I signed up for the 21-Day Awakening Breathwork Journey but I do not see the materials in my account. Where are they?If your purchased the Live version of the 21-Day Journey, there will be some instructional videos for you to watch, but the rest of the content will not yet be available. Week 1 materials will be released after the first live call. Week 2 materials will be released exactly 7 days later, after the second live call. Week 3 materials will be released exactly 7 days after that, after the third live call.

I purchased the Awakening Instructor Training, but I don’t see the 21-Day Awakening Breathwork Journey in my library. What can I do?Once you purchase the Awakening Instructor Training course, you will also receive an email with instructions on how to access the 21-Day Awakening Journey. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder to be sure! If you do not receive the email within 24-hours of signing up, check the following: Can you see the Awakening Instructor Course in your library and can you access it?

How long do I have access to the materials for? Do I need to complete my course in a certain timeframe?Once you have purchased a course or digital product from us, you will be able to access the materials online for as long as SOMA Breath continues to exist, which is probably going to be a while. You have lifetime access to the course and course materials. We always recommend completing the 21-Day Awakening Breathwork Journey over 21 days for maximum results, so please remember the commitment you are making to yourself by signing up!

How do I create my public profile and list my upcoming events?This feature is only available to SOMA Instructors who are registered in our Breathwork Instructors Global membership. If you are enrolled in BIG, you will find instructions how to do this inside of your members area in the section called “First Steps”

I tried to purchase but it says "email address already exists" what should I do?When you receive a notification that says "Email address already exists" it means that you already bought a course/training from SOMA Breath with that email address. In this case, please log in to your Secure2 account (https://secure2.somabreath.com/my-account/ ) with that email address and use your SOMA Breath home password. Once you are logged in, you can then complete your order.
