My password is not recognised and I can’t log in. What can I do?

If your password isn’t recognised and you’re unable to log in to your membership account, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to members.somabreath.com

  2. Click “Forgot password?” on the login page

  3. Enter the email address you used to sign up

  4. Click “Reset Password”

You’ll receive an email with a password reset link.
Follow the link to set a new password, then log in to your account.

💡 Tip: Once logged in, you can update your password anytime from your account settings.

If you don’t receive the reset email (please also check your spam/promotions folder) or are still unable to access your account, you can:

  • Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen, or
