The Week 3 Track in the 21-Day Awakening Breathwork Journey is missing instruction. What should I do?The last few cycles of the Week 3 track do not include the instruction to inhale after the breath retention. By Week 3 of the 21-Day Journey, you should be very familiar with the process! We removed the guidance there because it gives you an opportunity to discover your capacity and find your limits. Ideally you should hold your breath with no air in your lungs for as long as possible, going just a bit further each time.

I’m having a hard time completing my Perfect Average Day exercise. What can I do?It can be challenging and even confronting to start envisioning your perfect average day. What do you want an average day in your life to look like? A normal day that you would be happy to live over and over again? Nothing exceptional or magical happens on this day, it’s just… average. But it is perfect all the same. Maybe you have hundreds of ideas and you can’t choose just one, maybe you have no idea whatsoever!
