What is your refund policy?

We keep our refund policy simple and transparent.

Online Products

Downloadable Automated Products are products which give you immediate access to the content. They have a 30-day money back guarantee.

Subscription Products are products that require a periodic payment to remain active. They can be cancelled at any time up to 48-hours before the next billing date. Once cancelled, you will still be able to access all of the content up until the next billing date would have taken place.

Retreats and Live Events

Deposits for live events are non-refundable.

If you have made the full payment and wish to cancel up to 60 days prior to the first day of the live event, you will receive a full refund, except for the deposit.

If you have made the full payment and wish to cancel 30 to 59 days prior to a retreat start date, you will receive a 50% refund, excluding your deposit. That means we will retain your deposit and 50% of the final retreat payment.

Cancellations made 29 days or less before the first day of the live event may receive a 15% refund, on a case-by-case basis. If you would like a refund on any of your purchases, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] and start your email headline with the words “Refund Request”. As long as you email us within the refund timeframe, you will get a refund.
